Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan create and manage highperforming Meta ad campaigns aligned with business goals.

- Ad Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize ad performance for cost efficiency and increased ROI.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with content and design teams to produce highconverting ad creatives.
- Performance Analysis: Track analyze and report campaign performance using insights to inform future strategies.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives copy and targeting to drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate ad budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Market Research: Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 35 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns for consumer brands preferably in ecommerce or home decor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager Meta Business Suite and thirdparty tracking tools.
- DataDriven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and guide the development of highperforming ad creatives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with crossfunctional teams.
