Job Description

Digitex Web IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a rewarding career journey with a company that values innovation and excellence.
Join us as a Sales Development Representative (1.5 4 yrs) and work remotely!
Salary 4 lpa (Fixed) Incentives

Key responsibilities :
Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients.
Understand and articulate the companys website application and digital marketing services.
Find target clients for our services and pitch these services to secure deals.
Engage with senior management levels at client organizations.
Negotiate and influence sales strategies to align with client needs and company goals.
Demonstrate prior experience in a sales position particularly with IT services such as website development mobile applications and digital marketing.
Provide product inputs and conduct demos to potential clients.
Perform cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to improve strategies and processes.


Required Candidate profile :

Bachelors degree
Own laptop
Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of website development mobile applications and digital marketing services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
