- 14 years experience in business environment in technologyoriented bank.
- Hands on experience in ARCOS access management.

- Manage and maintain users accesses to all banking applications based on their requirements to run the business.
- Manage ticketing platforms such as Remedy SalesForce & BMC Helix.
- Manage multisystem environment requires thorough knowledge of all banking applications to solve user access problems.
- Multi country environment sensitivity to different working days / hours.
- Work as systems administrator to support and provided accesses to the users to use the systems and help in understanding various systems.
- Manage and control User Profile Administration (UPA) support for users across Technology / Injaz / Doha / MGS / overseas offices to ensure efficient and secured support to end users. The support should be always available and upon call as well.
