- Lead the development of advanced data science tools to identify and manage risk factors (TCAs) across complex DoD projects.
- Design build and deploy machine learning models that support systems engineering data for the Department of the Air Force.
- Develop and/or migrate models within Palantir Foundry or other equivalent data integration platforms.
- Manage complex research projects adapting to frequent changes and evolving priorities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure model alignment with organizational objectives and requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to innovative data science solutions.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in data science with extensive experience building models for complex DoD projects. At least 5 years of experience with Department of the Air Force enterprise data systems and processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in developing machine learning models using Python (including PySpark and Pandas) and R. Proficiency in Palantir Foundry or equivalent data integration platforms.
- Education: Master s degree in Engineering Data Science or related field (PhD preferred).
- Specialization: At least 5 years of experience working with DoD enterprise data systems and 3 years of experience in data integration workflows within Palantir Foundry (or equivalent).
- Certification: Must obtain Foundry Data Science or Foundry Data Analysis certification within 90 days of award.
- Security Clearance: Must hold a current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
