Job Description

Suvidha Sewa Pvt. Ltd. founded in 2003 is a staffing and recruitment company in Nepal that connects employers with job seekers. It has provided direct employment to over 35000 associates and is among the top ten contributors to the Social Security Fund of Nepal. The company focuses on transitioning informal employment into the formal economy ensuring minimum wage and social security for workers while offering flexibility to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Screening:
  • Utilize various channels such as job portals social media referrals and networking to source qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and alignment with client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements job descriptions and industryspecific hiring challenges.
Candidate Engagement:
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Guide candidates from application to placement.
Recruitment Process Coordination:
  • Schedule interviews between clients and candidates ensuring timely followups and feedback.
Database Management:
  • Maintain and update the candidate database for current and future opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities client feedback and pipeline status to the management team.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably within a recruitment agency.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive and resultsdriven attitude with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
