Job Description: Territory Sales Manager
You will:
Be responsible to achieve ABP (Dispatch retail and Market Share) through effective Lead management leveraging sales enablers proper implementation of the dealer sales process timely funds review & collection trained manpower availability at the Dealership along with Customer Experience & Accessories sales.

- Leadership: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills capable of conveying ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadline
You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- 410years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Experience in customer relationship management and account management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced changing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration sales or relevant field; master s degree preferred.
- Travel within the assigned territory required.
