Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic driven and customerfocused Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the packaging industry a proven track record in business development and the ability to cultivate longlasting relationships with clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities achieving sales targets and supporting the company s commitment to delivering highquality solutions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Identify approach and develop new business opportunities within the flexible packaging market.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product lines pricing structures and market positioning.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong longterm relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Regularly engage with key decisionmakers and stakeholders to understand their packaging needs and challenges.
  • Provide clients with detailed product information samples and customized proposals to meet their specific requirements.
  1. Market & Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies in the flexible packaging sector.
  • Communicate market insights and customer feedback to internal teams contributing to product enhancements and innovation.
  1. Quotations & Negotiations:
  • Prepare accurate competitive quotations based on customer specifications.
  • Negotiate terms prices and delivery schedules that align with both customer needs and company profit goals.
  1. Sales Administration & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions sales activities and market intelligence in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts progress reports and analyses to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the packaging or plastics industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse customer bases.
  • Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software.
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel as required.
