Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Execute manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software quality
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand project requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
- Document and track defects using issue tracking tools ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and performance.
- Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging testing tools and technologies.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies tools and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus.
