Job Description

Client: HDFC Sales Pvt. Ltd.

The Sales Officer for Home Loans plays a crucial role in driving the sales of home loan products for the organization. They are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers to generate leads and achieve sales targets. This role is essential in contributing to the companys revenue and market presence within the home loan sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential home loan customers through various channels
  • Evaluate potential customers financial situation and needs to determine appropriate loan products
  • Promote and sell home loan products to interested customers
  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers
  • Provide guidance and information on various home loan products and options
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and gathering required documentation
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful loan processing
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy
  • Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends in home loans
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline the sales process
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build longterm relationships with clients
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Participate in sales training and development programs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferably in the financial industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of home loan products and mortgage processes
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software
  • Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Professional and ethical conduct in all interactions
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
  • Relevant industry certifications or licenses may be advantageous
