Overview
The SAP FI Consultant with a focus on SABRIX plays a crucial role in the financial management sector of our organization. This position is essential for ensuring that our financial systems are integrated seamlessly with SABRIX tax compliance solutions providing our organization with the tools necessary for optimal financial operations. As an SAP FI Consultant you will be responsible for analyzing our financial processes and systems in conjunction with SABRIX enabling accurate financial reporting and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Your expertise will drive the effectiveness of our financial systems influence data accuracy and enhance overall operational efficiency while supporting strategic decisions from a financial standpoint. Your ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams understand clients needs and provide customized solutions will be pivotal in achieving our business goals and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and determine the best configuration for SAP FI in conjunction with SABRIX.
- Implement configure and support SAP FI and SABRIX solutions to ensure financial compliance.
- Conduct SAP FI system integrations with SABRIX ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
- Work with finance and accounting teams to understand processes and recommend enhancements.
- Develop financial reports and dashboards using SAP FI data integrated with SABRIX.
- Conduct training sessions for endusers on SAP FI functionalities and SABRIX usage.
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues related to SAP FI and SABRIX solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes configurations and changes in the systems.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that SAP FI and SABRIX projects are completed on time.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Stay uptodate with SAP advancements and SABRIX updates to ensure system effectiveness.
- Support periodic audits and assessments regarding financial processes and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT staff to ensure system performance and availability.
- Provide expertise in tax regulations and ensure that SABRIX is properly configured for compliance.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing financial operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in SAP FI consultancy.
- Proven experience with SABRIX or similar tax compliance platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial processes regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in SAP FI configuration and customization.
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful financial reports.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Experience in project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with data integration and thirdparty software solutions.
- Certifications in SAP FI or related financial systems are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for project implementations or training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
