Operations Executive (Bus Bookings)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries related to bus bookings via phone email or online channels.
- Manage the endtoend booking process including confirming availability scheduling and coordinating with bus vendors.
- Oversee billing processes ensuring that invoices are accurate and sent in a timely manner.
- Handle any changes cancellations or special requests from clients.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all bookings and payments.
- Track and manage schedules for buses to avoid overlaps or delays.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all buses are properly inspected serviced and ready for travel before each booking.
- Maintain accurate data in the software.
- Any other task assigned by the reporting manager.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Travel Management Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in operations in the travel industry (Bus Bookings).
- Salary package upto 35k per month.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Experience with travel management systems and online booking platforms is a plus.
