Job Title: Sr Java Developer(Spring Kafka Streaming REST API GCP)

Location: Remote(offshore)

Duration: Long Term

Experience: 10 Years

Work timings 4:30PM 12:30AM IST

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design and implement highperformance backend services with Java Spring Boot Kafka streaming REST API development and cloudnative solutions.

Responsibilities include developing scalable microservices managing realtime data streams and implementing geospatial search capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Microservices: Develop and deploy scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

* Kafka Streaming: Build and optimize realtime data pipelines with Kafka for eventdriven architectures.

* REST APIs: Design develop and maintain robust REST APIs/Capabilities using GraphQL to support application integrations and data flow.

* Database Management: Use MongoDB/Cassandra for large data handling and Redis for caching solutions.

Qualifications:

* Experience: 5 years in backend development with Java Spring and cloud platforms.

* Technical Skills: Proficient in Kafka streaming REST API development GraphQL Apollo Federation MongoDB/Cassandra Redis

* Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of GKE GCP and Cloud Run.

Nice to have:

* Geospatial Search: Implement locationbased search with Bing/Google/Azure Maps

* AI tools: Exposure to AI integrations for enhancing search/chatbot
