Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a background in the EdTech industry. As a key contributor you will drive sales build meaningful relationships and help accelerate the company s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting educational products.
  • Identify pursue and close new business opportunities to boost revenue.

2. Lead Generation and Conversion

  • Develop a strong pipeline by identifying and engaging potential leads.
  • Follow up effectively to convert leads into clients.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

4. Market Research

  • Analyze market trends to understand customer needs and industry dynamics.
  • Provide insights to improve product offerings and refine sales strategies.

5. Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities leads and followups.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 0.6 2 years in the EdTech industry (preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfdriven resultsoriented and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and the MS Office Suite.

Additional Requirements

  • Equipment: Must own a laptop for work.
  • Work Mode: Ability to work remotely during the initial phase.
