We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a background in the EdTech industry. As a key contributor you will drive sales build meaningful relationships and help accelerate the company s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting educational products.
- Identify pursue and close new business opportunities to boost revenue.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion
- Develop a strong pipeline by identifying and engaging potential leads.
- Follow up effectively to convert leads into clients.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
4. Market Research
- Analyze market trends to understand customer needs and industry dynamics.
- Provide insights to improve product offerings and refine sales strategies.
5. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities leads and followups.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 0.6 2 years in the EdTech industry (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfdriven resultsoriented and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and the MS Office Suite.
