Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Design and implement robust scalable enterprise server solutions using Java Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Integration: Develop and maintain APIs to support seamless data exchange across systems like EHR LIMS and CTMS.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers UX designers and engineering teams to create usercentric maintainable solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of highquality bugfree code through rigorous testing code reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Problem Solving: Tackle performance bottlenecks optimize scalability and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Operational Excellence: Define and implement strategies for feature rollouts automation testing monitoring and incident response.
- Continuous Improvement: Mentor team members drive technical excellence and contribute to process improvements in the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3 5 years of experience in developing highquality SaaS products with a strong focus on enterprise solutions.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Java Spring Boot Hibernate and enterprise server design.
- Knowledge of web services design patterns and commercial product development practices.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with opensource packages and tools.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills with experience mentoring and leading technical individuals.
- Agility: Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and practices.
- Quality Focus: Passionate about TDD unit testing and maintaining high code standards.
