Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert on the IPD process integrating crossfunctional teams to streamline project delivery for several projects at any given team
- Pursue and secure new IPD work building relationships with potential clients and partners to grow IPD portfolio.
- Coordinate with designers engineers and construction professionals to establish and maintain project goals timelines and deliverables.
- Manage project schedules budgets and work plans aligning with IPD objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
- Identify risks proactively developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on budget and time.
- Work with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Track and report IPD progress KPIs and key milestones to internal teams and clients.
- Champion continuous improvement practices driving innovation in IPD within MCL Power.
Qualifications:
- Must have proven experience with IPD projects and methods.
- (Perferred) 5 years in project management preferably within the electrical contracting or construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Procore Primavera).
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards regulations and codes for electrical contracting.
- Certifications such as PMP or LEED are advantageous.
