Job Description
- M&A Structuring: Analyze and structure potential mergers acquisitions and related transactions.
- Transaction Advisory: Handle slump sales share transfers mergers demergers and other restructuring activities.
- IndustrySpecific Advisory: Provide advisory services for startups and real estate sectors with focused insights.
- Fund Structuring: Assist in fund structuring and advisory services to optimize financial outcomes.
- Tax Diligence: Conduct comprehensive tax diligence for M&A transactions.
- Business Model Advisory: Support in creating and advising on scalable and efficient business models.
- Family Succession Planning: Develop and implement family succession planning structures tailored to client needs.
- A qualified Chartered Accountant with up to 2 years of relevant experience or a fresher with a strong interest in M&A and tax structuring.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive learner with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Interest or experience in tax diligence and advisory services is a plus.
- Work on highimpact projects that shape business strategies and outcomes.
