Job Description

Company Overview:

The organization is a mental/behavioral health organization that offers a wide range of services to individuals with disabilities. This ranges from early intervention autism services to adult life skills development.

Location(s):

Belcamp MD (Harford County)

Elderburg MD (Carroll County)

Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Hours/Shift (Hours per week & Schedule): 8:00a4:00p MF

Pay (Target & Max Rate): $k$k

Duration (Direct Placement Contract C2H): Direct Placement

Job Description/Role Responsibilities:

*InClinic Services

*Caseloads range from 810 kids

*Could be supervising 410 RBTs depending on how the cases are covered

*Primarily work with kids from 18 months old to 7 years old

*Would consider a hybrid schedule (still need to work through the logistics on this)

*They primarily bill Tricare Medicaid and Blue Cross insurance

Qualifications:

Must (Experience Licenses/Certifications Endorsements Skills):

Master s Degree

Possess BACB BCBA Certification

Be an involved BCBA who engages with the students and team

*not looking for someone who just wants to sit in their office

Plus:

Clinic Based Experience

Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Master s Degree

Possess BACB BCBA Certification

Disqualifiers:

None at the moment

special education teaching,classroom management,behavior management,special education,bcba certification,treatment planning,inclusive education,supervision,teaching,childhood,behavior analysis
