Role description
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical and customerfacing skills in a fastpaced innovative environment while gaining handson experience with cuttingedge automation technologies.
As a Junior Solutions Engineer you will deepen your understanding of business process automation while assisting our customers and partners sales teams with technical support. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical assistance communicating with customers via email and Zoom and supporting technical product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team by taking a consultative role in the customers evaluation processes including answering all technical questions;
- Troubleshooting issues and managing escalation to Customer Support and Product Teams;
- Build demo environments and deliver custom demos for new prospects and clients;
- Join calls with the Sales team and customers to handle the technical discussions;
- Work with the Sales team on facilitating the resolution of opportunitiesrelated technical queries;
- Process presales (trial) questions and technical issues (on L1) from potential customers and Sales team;
- Collaborate with Support Engineers to resolve customer issues efficiently;
- Contribute to creating materials and videos for sales and technical demonstrations;
- Participate in technical webinars and other online technical events as a copresenter.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in a technical or customerfacing role (internships or entrylevel positions are welcome);
- Basic experience with technical demonstrations webinars or customer support activities;
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise;
- Familiarity with JavaScript or another programming language (intermediate level preferred but not required);
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- A degree in computer science or a related technical field is a plus.
