Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Sitecore XM Cloud solutions in alignment with business strategies.
• Develop custom Sitecore components and templates to enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive interfaces.
• Integrate APIs and thirdparty services to extend Sitecore functionalities.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Sitecore environments.
• Participate in requirements gathering and assessment of project deliverables.
• Assist in the migration of existing solutions to Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Develop test scripts and conduct thorough QA testing on deployments.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Sitecore installations.
• Train and mentor junior developers on Sitecore technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest Sitecore features and industry best practices.
• Work within Agile teams contributing to sprints and retrospectives.
• Document processes configurations and technical specifications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align digital content strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years of experience with Sitecore development.
• Strong knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud architectures and frameworks.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure).
• Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• Handson experience with API development and integration.
• Familiarity with development tools like Visual Studio and Git.
• Proven problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Prior experience in eCommerce or digital marketing is preferred.
• Certifications in Sitecore or related technologies are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
