We are seeking a skilled Augmented Reality Engineer (iOS) to lead the design development and optimization of AR features for our cuttingedge AI platform. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in crafting immersive AR experiences that redefine user interaction. Working closely with product design and AI/ML teams you ll drive innovation at the intersection of AR and AI delivering worldclass solutions that captivate and engage users.
Key Responsibilities
- AR Development: Design and implement advanced augmented reality features for iOS apps using ARKit and related technologies.
- User Interaction: Build intuitive and seamless AR experiences to maximize user engagement and satisfaction.
- AI Integration: Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to incorporate AI functionalities into AR experiences creating unique interactions.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure smooth and responsive AR interactions on iOS devices through performance tuning and optimization.
- Prototyping & Innovation: Rapidly prototype innovative AR concepts leveraging the latest tools and technologies to push boundaries.
- Code Quality: Deliver highquality maintainable code with robust testing and thorough documentation.
What We re Looking For
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience in iOS development including at least 1 year specializing in augmented reality (ARKit expertise required).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Swift with familiarity in ObjectiveC.
- Strong knowledge of ARKit SceneKit and RealityKit frameworks.
- Bonus: Experience with 3D modeling tools Metal or OpenGL for advanced graphics rendering.
- Creative Problem Solving: Passion for creating immersive AR experiences with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams including designers product managers and AI/ML engineers.
- Startup Mindset: Comfortable in a dynamic fastpaced environment with a track record of taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery.
