Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with clients and driving revenue growth. Key Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science Business Administration or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 2 5 years of experience in business development or operations in the waste management sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with tendering processes GEM and eprocurement portals.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of waste management operations such as doortodoor collection MRF plants and IEC work is a plus.
