Job Title: Oracle Fusion Compensation Consultant
Location: Hyderabad 100% Remote
Job Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
Configure implement and support the Oracle Fusion Compensation module.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Compensation configurations.
Provide solutions for compensation plan design salary structures merit cycles bonuses and incentive plans.
Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
Perform system testing debugging and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Provide training and support to endusers ensuring optimal system usage.
Assist in the development of compensation reports and analytics to support decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (HR IT or Business).
Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation module (minimum 10 years).
Strong understanding of compensation workflows including base pay variable pay and compensation plans.
Experience with Oracle Cloud integration and data migration processes.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Relevant Oracle certifications (preferred).
