Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to gather and analyze requirements related to SAP REFX.
- Design and implement SAP REFX solutions tailored to client needs.
- Perform configuration of SAP REFX modules and functionalities.
- Conduct data migration from legacy systems to SAP REFX.
- Develop financial models and forecasts based on real estate data.
- Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines and deliverables.
- Provide training and support to endusers postimplementation.
- Prepare technical documentation for solutions and processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP REFX issues.
- Evaluate existing SAP REFX setups and recommend enhancements.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure complete integration of functions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP REFX developments and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders in solution design.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to executives and managers.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements relating to real estate.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP REFX Consultant.
- Strong understanding of real estate management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SAP REFX modules and functionalities.
- Experience with SAP data migration techniques.
- Familiarity with financial analysis and modeling.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in creating detailed technical documentation.
- Experience with clientfacing roles and managing customer relationships.
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in real estate sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
