Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation
- Design onbrand graphics overlays thumbnails and infographics to complement and enhance video content.
- Develop visually appealing content for reels posts and ads to maintain a cohesive look across all platforms.
- Ensure all visuals adhere to Skillfyme s brand guidelines and engage the audience effectively.
- Video Editing
- Edit reels short videos and posts with a focus on storytelling engagement and visual appeal.
- Add dynamic visuals captions and effects to enhance viewer experience and maximize engagement.
- Incorporate trends and platform best practices for highquality impactful videos optimized for social media.
- Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the Content Strategist & Script/Content Writer to align visual content with strategic goals.
- Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for new content identifying ways to visually represent tech topics in a compelling manner.
- Continuously analyze content performance to refine and improve design and editing approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Media Arts Video Production or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 years of experience in graphic design and video editing preferably within tech education or social mediafocused roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or similar.
- Strong command of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Aesthetic & Creative Skills:
- Demonstrated eye for aesthetics and a strong sense of social media trends.
- Experience creating visuals and videos for social media platforms like Instagram Facebook YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
