Job Description
- Perform detailed estimates for residential projects (shingle tile & metal)
- Analyze requirement documents blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
- Determine what factors of production will influence the cost
- Maintain current market pricing for materials in the estimating system
- Generate job cost reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors
- Perform handoff meetings with assigned project managers
- Present prepared estimates to management
- Florida roofing experience
- Experience with The Edge estimating software.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow
- Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for residential projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
