Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support MUST HAVE Hardware and SaaS Api Database

Location: Philippines Remote
Work Experience (years) : 1 Years

MUST HAVE SAAS/ Api / Database background exp
Mandatory (minimum 1 years of experience as a technical support)

We are seeking a fulltime remote Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in connecting hardware devices to smart applications guiding them through setup and configuration processes.
  • Assist customers with technical issues via email chat and phone.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot problems identify root causes and provide solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customeroriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with SAAS products and technical support experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
