We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workplace Designer to join our team. In this role you will collaborate directly with clients to manage design and test fitting service requests for office and workplace interiors. Your focus will be on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs of global organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a Customer Success Representative to manage design and test fitting requests for office interiors from demos to active client projects.
- Develop layouts and mood boards based on client profiles guidelines and preferences.
- Conduct testfits of floor plans ensuring alignment with program requirements space budgets and compliance standards.
- Deliver design files in a timely manner meeting all technical requirements and agreedupon deadlines.
- Participate in client meetings to gather feedback and address change requests.
- Quickly understand and apply the design guidelines and requirements of global organizations to their office spaces.
- Collaborate with the Planning team to address strategy changes and discrepancies.
- Refine and standardize the creative/design testfit workflow to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Provide training to team members helping designers elevate their skills to meet organizational expectations.
- Manage a team of strategists and designers ensuring alignment and high performance.

Skills and Experience:
- Over 9 years of experience in workplace and office design.
- Proven experience creating space layouts and applying workplace design principles.
- Proficiency in CAD Revit and SketchUp.
- Basic project management experience with clientfacing content ownership.
- Previous experience in managing teams and overseeing design projects is essential.
