Job Description
Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive research to identify new product opportunities and market trends.
- Develop and implement experimental protocols for product testing and validation.
- Analyze research data and generate insightful reports to guide product development.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define product specifications and requirements.
- Draft and review technical documentation and specifications for new products.
- Utilize statistical analysis tools to interpret experimental results and suggest improvements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Manage project timelines resources and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to the company.
- Present research findings and product concepts to stakeholders and management.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Ensure all research activities comply with regulatory guidelines and organizational standards.
- Facilitate training sessions to educate other team members on new technologies and processes.
- Support product launch activities with targeted research and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and research partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Biology Chemistry Engineering or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in research and development roles preferably in a related industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of methodologies for product testing and validation.
- Experience with statistical software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Experience with technical writing and documentation best practices.
- Comfortable presenting findings to diverse audiences including technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Continuous learner with a passion for innovation and improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fastpaced environments.
