Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction:
- Clearly explain insurance policy benefits coverages and exclusions to clients.
- Assist clients with claims processing provide timely updates and answer inquiries.
- Share information on available insurance products and services to meet clients unique needs.
Policy Management:
- Process new applications renewals and manage policy changes accurately.
- Maintain and update client records ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Organize and prepare necessary documentation for clients from policy details to renewal reminders.
Customer Service:
- Address client inquiries complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Guide clients in understanding their benefits resolving issues and coordinating appointments.
- Ensure followup meetings with clients to foster longterm relationships and satisfaction.
Administrative Support:
- Generate quotes distribute policy documents and manage essential records.
- Complete administrative tasks such as data entry filing and documentation management.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to support smooth customercentric operations.
