Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in the dark store ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels coordinating stock replenishments to meet customer demands.
- Implement and maintain a systematic approach to inventory management.
- Lead train and mentor warehouse staff ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Utilize data analytics to inform inventory forecasting and stock optimization.
- Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational success.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or disputes that arise promptly.
- Enhance workplace safety practices through training and compliance checks.
- Maintain a customercentric focus resolving customer issues related to inventory or fulfillment.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to align dark store operations with organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends to adjust inventory and operational strategies accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies in all operational aspects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
- Proven leadership experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in datadriven decisionmaking.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Capacity to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain operations and logistics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Detailoriented with a focus on high accuracy.
- Problemsolving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
- Experience in optimizing warehouse processes for efficiency.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in warehouse operations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary.
- Customerfocused mindset with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
