Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate potential leads for the Gold FD Credit Card process.
Customer Interaction: Explain the features and benefits of the Gold FD Credit Card to potential customers clearly and persuasively.
Sales Conversion: Schedule meetings for field sales managers with customers to discuss further ensuring lead conversion into sales.
Customer Support: Resolve customer queries handle objections and provide excellent customer service in the native languages (Kannada and Telugu).
Documentation Assistance: Assist customers with the documentation process ensuring smooth onboarding.
Data Maintenance: Keep an accurate record of customer interactions status updates and followups using CRM software.
Required Skills:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada and Telugu is essential.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Sales Acumen: Prior experience in sales or customer service roles particularly in financial services will be an advantage.
Customer Orientation: Ability to handle customer queries effectively and provide solutions.
Basic Tech Knowledge: Comfortable working with CRM systems and other applications.
