Job Description
- Design develop and maintain robust and scalable backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers frontend developers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure highquality code standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 512 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g. Java Python Ruby Node.js).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of software development best practices version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
