Job Description
- SAP Forms Integration: Configure SAP Outgoing Documents (SAP Forms) to integrate with Extended ECM for SAP workspaces focusing on Record Declaration processes.
- Business Requirement Validation: Collaborate closely with the business team to validate and confirm the integration of an estimated 17 forms ensuring alignment with functional and operational requirements.
- Design Phase Collaboration: Participate actively in the design phase providing insights and technical recommendations for SAP form configurations.
- CrossFunctional Coordination: Work with various teams including SAP functional teams ABAP developers OpenText xECM functional experts and the Basis team to ensure endtoend integration.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of configuration steps design decisions and integration workflows to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.
- Proficiency in OpenText xECM and experience with its integration in SAP environments.
- ABAP Development experience specifically in relation to SAP Forms customization and integration with ECM platforms.
- Strong understanding of SAP functional modules and their configuration with specific experience in document management and records declaration.
- Collaboration Skills:
- Ability to work closely with functional teams including SAP functional team OpenText xECM functional team and the Basis team ensuring effective integration and troubleshooting.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problemsolving abilities to validate form configurations assess integration requirements and align with business needs.
- Prior experience with Extended ECM for SAP integration projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Document Management System (DMS) is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with experience in the design and development lifecycle of SAP solutions.
