Job Description
- Monthly & Quarterly Financial Book Closure: Ensure timely and accurate closure of financial books maintaining compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Statutory and Internal Audit Support: Assist in quarterly statutory audits and internal audits collaborating closely with auditors to address any findings and implement corrective actions.
- Management Information System (MIS) Preparation: Generate and manage MIS reports for senior management offering insights for decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Cashflow Management: Oversee and manage cashflow ensuring efficient allocation of funds to meet operational needs.
- Tax Compliance:
- Income Tax: Prepare and file income tax returns ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- GST Compliance: Handle GST return filings assessments and maintain updated records.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of 23 members providing guidance to ensure high performance and development.
- Education: Semiqualified Chartered Accountant with relevant postarticleship experience in a CA firm.
- Experience: 24 years postarticleship with proven expertise in statutory audits internal audits tax filings and GST assessments.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally for daytoday financial transactions and bookkeeping.
- Soft Skills:
- High level of ownership sincerity and hard work.
- People management skills to lead and support a small team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the finance team and auditors.
