Overview:
The ABAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) position plays a crucial role within the organization responsible for developing and maintaining ABAP programs for SAP CRM applications. The individual will work closely with business analysts and functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver highquality technical solutions to improve customer relationship management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs for SAP CRM applications
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand and analyze business requirements
- Perform technical analysis design coding and testing of custom applications within SAP CRM
- Customize and enhance SAP CRM modules using ABAP
- Conduct debugging troubleshooting and performance tuning for SAP CRM applications
- Work on data migration and integration projects within the CRM environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in ABAP development within SAP CRM environment
- Deep understanding of SAP CRM modules and functionalities
- Strong knowledge of CRM business processes and data models
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting SAP CRM applications
- Experience in ABAP development for custom enhancements and integrations
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP CRM applications
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori UI5 or related technologies is a plus
