Job Description
- Execute S2C transactions including query management research and data collection to support procurement processes.
- Develop and create adhoc reports to facilitate decisionmaking in sourcing and procurement activities.
- Manage calls with a neutral voice and accent handling 50% of tasks via voice and ensuring effective communication.
- Handle 50% of tasks through nonvoice channels ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
- Utilize expertise in the S2C domain to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the implementation and use of Coupa and other procurement tools to optimize sourcing activities.
- Expertlevel orientation in S2C operations.
- Strong MS Office skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Extensive exposure to the sourcing and procurement domain.
- Proven experience working with Coupa or similar procurement software.
- Strong communication skills with a neutral voice and accent for effective call management.
- Ability to execute S2C transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Indepth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in S2C operations.
- Flexibility to work across UK and US shift hours.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in sourcing and procurement operations.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
