Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security roles and authorizations in SAP.
- Perform audits of existing security roles and compliance with SOX controls.
- Manage user access requests and maintain user roles in accordance with policies.
- Conduct regular security assessments and risk evaluations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather security requirements.
- Stay updated on SAP security trends and recommend best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve securityrelated issues or incidents.
- Implement GRC (Governance Risk Compliance) tools and features.
- Provide training and support to endusers regarding security protocols.
- Document security processes and configurations for compliance purposes.
- Monitor and review security logs for any irregular activities.
- Participate in change management processes to assess the impact on security.
- Assist in developing security policy documents and ensuring compliance.
- Support incident response planning and execution as needed.
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to align security strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 59 years of experience in SAP security and authorization management.
- Handson experience with SAP GRC tools.
- Knowledge of SAP modules including ECC S/4HANA and BW.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX and GDPR.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certifications in SAP Security or GRC are a plus.
- Experience in scripting or programming languages would be beneficial.
- Proficient in documentation and policy creation.
- Strong problemsolving abilities in a technical context.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with industry best practices related to information security.
- Willing to work flexibly to meet project deadlines.
