Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome customers warmly creating a positive shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and offer style advice suggesting outfits or individual items based on personal style trends and occasions.
- Respond to customer inquiries about products sizes and availability ensuring each guest leaves satisfied.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay uptodate with new arrivals fashion trends and current promotions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of apparel products including materials sizing and styling options.
- Offer indepth knowledge about clothing care brand uniqueness and fashion compatibility.
- Visual Merchandising Support:
- Assist in creating eyecatching product displays and ensure that the floor layout remains organized and attractive.
- Monitor fitting rooms and assist customers with outfit trials offering style advice as needed.
- Maintain standards for product presentation and cleanliness restocking items as necessary.
- Sales Assistance:
- Achieve individual and store sales goals by upselling and crossselling products effectively.
- Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges according to store policies.
- Track customer preferences to ensure personalized recommendations and repeat business.
- Store Maintenance:
- Ensure a tidy store environment by organizing merchandise folding clothes and keeping fitting areas neat.
- Participate in inventory management and report discrepancies or stock issues.
- Assist with opening closing and daily operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for fashion styling and retail.
- Previous experience in a retail or customerfacing role (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Skills:
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and styling.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail with an eye for visual merchandising.
