Overview

The CRM Developer plays a critical role in the optimization and enhancement of Customer Relationship Management systems within our organization. This position is vital for maintaining robust interactions with our clients ensuring that all technology platforms are integrated seamlessly to support client engagement data management and analytics. The CRM Developer is responsible for customizing developing and maintaining the CRM software to improve functionality streamline processes and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires a technical professional who possesses strong coding skills and a deep understanding of CRM systems to address specific business needs. The role intersects with various departments including marketing sales and customer service ensuring that the company can effectively track and analyze customer data to inform strategies and decisionmaking. By leveraging technology and best practices the CRM Developer will help drive business growth and ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customized CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Integrate CRM with existing business systems and thirdparty software.
  • Create and maintain documentation for software development processes.
  • Test and troubleshoot applications to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
  • Implement enhancements and new features in the CRM platform.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within CRM databases.
  • Optimize CRM processes for better user experience and engagement.
  • Provide technical support and training to endusers.
  • Conduct regular system audits and updates.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align CRM strategy with business objectives.
  • Analyze user feedback and provide solutions for improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the CRM system remains relevant.
  • Assist in the migration of data to new systems or platforms.
  • Manage performance metrics and reporting related to CRM effectiveness.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM development.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Java C# or Python.
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g. SQL Oracle).
  • Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Proven experience in system integration and user interface design.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies particularly Agile.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior experience with data migration processes.
  • Skills in technical documentation and user training.
  • Certification in CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality and performance.
