Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage endtoend implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
applications (at least 5 full implementations).
Architect design upgrade and integrate business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
Field Service.
Work on key elements like work orders scheduling dispatching mobile applications asset
management preventive maintenance inventory purchasing and returns.
Manage time tracking for field service technicians.
Required Skills:
Handson experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Expertise in customizing configuring and developing using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
technologies: C# ASP.NET JavaScript SQL and SSRS.
Experience with integrations using Azure Functions Logic Apps PowerApps and WebAPI.
Strong data migration skills using tools like SSIS PowerQuery and KingsWaySoft.
Proficiency with Power Platform including Canvas Apps Automate and Portals.
Knowledge of PowerApps governance and DLP policies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with web technologies like ReactJS JSON WCF oData and jQuery.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact with
stakeholders at all levels.
