We are seeking an HRSales & Digital Specialist to bridge the gap between our sales and human resources teams. This role will focus on recruiting training and developing our sales team while also providing HR support to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire top sales talent
Develop and implement sales training programs
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with sales managers to set sales targets and strategies
Provide HR support to sales team including benefits compensation and employee relations
Develop and implement sales team policies and procedures
Facilitate communication between sales team and other departments
Foster a positive sales team culture and boost morale
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales team members
Identify and address sales team conflicts and performance issues
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
1 years of experience in Generalist role.

Strong understanding of sales principles and HR practices
