Job Summary:
This is a fulltime remote role. The Tele Sales Quality Auditor is responsible for evaluating and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of sales calls made by a companys sales team. Their primary role is to assess the communication between sales consultant and customers or prospects focusing on various factors that can affect the outcome of the sales call.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Call Monitoring:
- Regularly monitor telesales calls to evaluate compliance with script adherence regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Quality Evaluation:
- Conduct detailed evaluations of sales calls to assess customer interaction sales techniques and overall service quality.
- Feedback and coaching:
- Provide constructive feedback to telesales representatives based on quality evaluations and collaborate with the sales training team to develop and deliver targeted coaching sessions.
- Performance Metrics:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to telesales quality identify trends and work with the Sales Manager to implement improvement strategies.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of quality evaluations and prepare regular reports highlighting key findings trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance Assurance:
- Ensure that telesales activities adhere to all relevant regulations company policies and industry standards.
Qualification and experience:
- Bachelors degree. Preferred nutrition and dietitians specialization.
- 1 year of experience in sales Tele sales Quality Auditor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and work collaboratively with the sales team.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies.
- Proficiency with CRM systems data analysis tools and auditing software.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with Telugu as the regional language.
