Overview
The Data Scientist plays a pivotal role in our organizations analytics and data management strategy. Key Responsibilities

- Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices in software development.
- Conduct hypothesis testing and statistical inference to validate models.
- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts on best practices and techniques.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Mathematics or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop Spark or similar.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or Scikitlearn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and methodologies.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.
- Previous experience working in an agile development environment.
