Overview:
The Executive Assistant to CEO plays a crucial role in providing highlevel administrative support to the CEO ensuring smooth daytoday operations and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage a variety of tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEOs schedule appointments travel arrangements and prioritize tasks
- Screen and direct phone calls emails and other forms of communication
- Prepare and coordinate meetings including agendas materials and followup actions
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed
- Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality
- Assist in special projects strategic initiatives and events planning
- Manage executive office budget and expenses
- Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain documents filing systems and databases
- Provide general administrative support and act as the point of contact for internal/external queries
- Coordinate and supervise other administrative staff
- Manage CEOs personal matters and miscellaneous tasks as required
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle adhoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting Clevel executives
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office G Suite and other office management software
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fastpaced environment
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Experience in project management or event planning is a plus
- Discretion and trustworthiness due to the sensitive nature of the role
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular hours when necessary
