Job Description
- Managing the training program in all cities and has to work with helpers/drivers executives and managers through classroom training online video viewing and handbook reading.
- Manage the feedback loop any escalation or deviation from SOP shall come back to this trainer as feedback and the same needs to be solved through retraining.
- Subject matter expert for the appliance category
- Design develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on warehouse processes quality control procedures and policies
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all warehouse staff possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively
- Coach and mentor warehouse staff Helpers/Drivers on best practices for quality control inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Observe warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement in quality and process efficiency.
- Develop and implement new processes to optimize warehouse operations and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect any changes in policies or procedures
- Collaborate with the other teams to identify and address quality control issues
- Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed
- Support the continuous improvement of warehouse operations by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to training programs and quality control procedures
- Stay uptodate on industry best practices related to warehouse operations and quality management
- Bachelors degree with minimum 2 years of experience in after sales service.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes quality control procedures after sales service trainings
- Excellent communication interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/G Suite.
- A passion for quality and continuous improvement.
- A technical background in after sales services of appliances I guess is a plus in this role and this role can also help in content building.
