Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Teamcenter applications with a focus on AWC implementation and optimization.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Teamcenter.
- Utilize programming languages such as Java and C to build and modify Teamcenter functionalities.
- Design develop and implement integrations between Teamcenter and CAD tools.
- Ensure the scalability performance and reliability of Teamcenter applications by conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design coding testing and deployment.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Teamcenter and AWC for endusers.
- Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure the security and efficiency of the Teamcenter system.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and customizations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to evaluate and implement new features and enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in PLM and AWC development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 68 yrs experience in developing and customizing applications within the Teamcenter environment.
- Strong knowledge of Active Workspace Client (AWC) and its implementation in Teamcenter.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C and scripting languages.
- Experience with CAD tools and their integration with PLM systems.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
- Experience in conducting testing performance optimization and maintenance of applications.
- Knowledge of version control systems and configuration management tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage timelines and deliver highquality solutions under pressure.
- Understanding of security principles and best practices in application development.
- Relevant certifications in PLM or AWC development are a plus.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
