Job Title: Physician Assistant Primary Care

Base Salary: $115000 to $135000 with signon bonus
Position Overview:
Our client a leading healthcare provider in the region is seeking experienced and compassionate
Physician Assistants to join their primary care teams. This fulltime position is ideal for candidates who
are committed to delivering highquality patientcentered care and fostering longterm relationships
with patients.
As a key member of the healthcare team you will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare
professionals to diagnose treat and manage a wide range of health conditions. This role provides an
opportunity to engage deeply in primary care contributing to the wellbeing of diverse populations
across multiple communityfocused clinics.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive medical care including health assessments diagnostic testing and
treatment planning for patients of all ages.
Build and maintain longterm patient relationships offering personalized care to ensure
consistency and trust.
Manage acute and chronic conditions including hypertension diabetes and other common
primary care concerns.
Provide patient education and preventive care strategies to promote longterm health and
wellness.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and optimal patient
outcomes.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient information treatment plans and
followup care.
Participate in community health initiatives and preventive care programs as required.
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Physician Assistant (PA) certification.
Active New York State PA license required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a primary care or family medicine setting.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with
patients.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced clinical environment.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Base Salary: $115000 to $135000 depending on experience.
