Job Description
- Manage and implement Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll modules.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot issues in Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll systems.
- Conduct testing (SIT UAT) deployment and postgolive support.
- Work on custom reports interfaces and data conversions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and efficiency.
- Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of HCM modules (Core HR Absence Management Payroll etc.).
- Proven ability to handle both technical (PL/SQL BI Publisher) and functional tasks.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Previous experience in clientfacing roles and implementations.
- Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
