Job Description
- Conduct fundamental credit analysis of corporate bond issuers across different geographies.
- Work closely with front office desks in both primary and secondary markets.
- Prepare detailed business summaries analyze corporate credit quality and highlight impactful financial and operational developments.
- Assist in reviewing key credit documentation including collateral packages guarantee structures and springing maturities.
- Support the front office with additional adhoc projects such as creating capitalization tables seniority analysis and relative value tables.
- A Masters degree in finance CFA or CA with 13 years of relevant experience in corporate credit analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Experience in investmentgrade or highyield corporate credit.
- Exposure to analyzing US or European borrowers.
