Job Description
Overview
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for SAP solutions.
- Design and develop custom SAP solutions using ABAP programming language.
- Create and enhance SAPUI5 applications for web and mobile platforms.
- Implement and customize SAP FIORI applications based on user requirements.
- Perform debugging performance tuning and optimization of existing SAP programs and interfaces.
- Integrate SAP modules and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during design development and testing phases.
- Conduct unit testing system testing and user acceptance testing for SAP applications.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure the integration of custom developments with standard SAP modules.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for SAP solutions and developments.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies tools and best practices.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of SAP development processes and standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide timely support to address production incidents.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support SAPrelated initiatives and projects.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP ABAP consultant or developer.
- Proficiency in SAPUI5 FIORI and OData services development.
- Strong programming skills in ABAP ABAP Object Oriented (OO) and Web Dynpro ABAP.
- Experience in customizing and extending standard FIORI applications.
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM SD FI CO and integration with other thirdparty systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent understanding of SAP development tools debugging techniques and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database and SAP Cloud Platform is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certification in SAP ABAP development is preferred.
- Experience in fullcycle SAP implementation and support projects is desirable.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
